ZW-A8 Thermos Bag Box Bag Making Machine

This model has been developed for many years since 2010, and has obtained a number of invention patents and new utility patents. It is the first advanced equipment in the non-woven three-dimensional bag industry. On the basis of this machine, our company has innovatively added the function of producing thermal insulation three-dimensional bags, which can produce ordinary non-woven three-dimensional handbags, wine bags, daily necessities bags, clothing bags, shoes and hats bags, gift bags and takeout thermal insulation bags. This machine is fully automatic forming, and one machine can replace dozens of workers to cut and sew, so as to improve the production efficiency of customers.

1. Twelve sets of servo motors (mold servo 17KW 22KW) of the whole machine ensure the high-speed and stable operation of the equipment.
2. The material saving device is adopted (no waste at the edge), saving 6MM materials for each bag.
3. The equipment structure is U-shaped and covers an area of only 5.3m * 7.8m, saving the site cost.
4. The automatic deviation correction function is adopted, including the automatic deviation correction of the bag opening and the automatic deviation correction of the strip center distance, to ensure that each bag opening is flat and the strip is centered, greatly improving the qualified rate of finished products.
5. High degree of automation, automatic positioning of the die changer, greatly improving efficiency.
6. Convenient operation, one person can complete bag making and packaging.
7. The bag making function is diversified, and the bag flushing function is configured in addition to the handbag; In addition, additional functions such as threading bag, buckle bag, zipper bag, labeling bag and multi material splicing bag can be selected in the later stage.

⑴: Non-woven roll material, the maximum roll diameter is 1.4 meters.
⑵: Automatic feeding correction device. Motor smoothly feeding; photoelectric tracking correction; no material stop; automatic tension.
⑶: Independent uniform tension device. Ensure that the tension of the coil directly from the largest to the smallest of the whole machine is uniform.
⑷: Folding and ironing device. Handwheel screw adjustment, ultrasonic welding.
⑸: Correction device for the rear machine. Control the center of the fabric of the rear machine and the front machine to ensure the bag opening is neat.
⑹: Handle coil material, the maximum coil material diameter is 1.2 meters.
⑺: Double automatic ironing device. The length of the handle is 380mm-750mm; the width of the handle is 25mm-30mm; there is no material to stop, no iron to stop.
⑻: rear feeding device. Cooperate with the front feeding device to control the fabric tension when tracking the indentation.
⑼: Tracking indentation device. Color mark tracking; side indentation.
⑽: Front feeding storage device. Double tracking feeding; pre-stored sheet material to improve the speed of the whole machine; cold cutting knife.
⑾: Operation panel. Large touch screen operation; can swing 90 degrees, the interface is clear and easy to operate.
⑿: Double servo pulling device. The double servo adjusts the cloth and the mold to control the uniformity of the bag mouth. High-speed servo improves the speed of the whole machine.
⒀: Mould device. The servo synchronous wheel running device is high-speed and silent; the mold positioning device is convenient for changing molds.
⒁: side plug; bottom plug; ultrasonic welding device. Full motor structure, precise and high speed. The motor automatically adjusts the distance and is easy to operate.
⒂: Unpacking device. Four groups of unpacking can be adjusted independently. Easy to operate.
⒃: Automatic bag folding device. At the same time, the finished three-dimensional bags are folded and flattened, and stacked together.
